Does your fear of not getting it right spoil your attempts to make any art work? Do all your judgements and false beliefs nip your creativity in the bud and stop you being spontaneous, If so this creative journey could be for you.
A half day painting journey where you will be guided to explore with shapes , colour and different materials to access your natural creativity. This will be challenging in many ways as we begin to let go of thoughts and beliefs that may inhibit our creativity and learn to create from our inner child once again. This is about the journey and not the finished work, however you maybe pleasantly surprised at your creations. This will be a fun half day :) Hot/cold drinks will be provided but feel free to bring nibbles to share. £40.00 includes all materials and a canvas |
