1-1 Creative Journeys
A 1-1 session where you have the opportunity to delve deeper using creativity as a tool for healing. You will be guided work through personal blocks and issues in a creative way through a variety of art materials.
As an artist I have used creativity to move through depression and other issues in the ebb and flow of life and developed ways of working that have positive results on many levels. You can also have a 1-1 for creative mentoring to learn techniques in painting and mixed media and how to tap into your own natural creative flow. There are slots available each week so please call to book a place, this can either be a one off session or a regular session.
